Cynthia Moore-Hardy, FACHE, is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She retired as president and chief executive officer of University Hospital Lake Health system in 2023, a role she held since 1997.
Moore-Hardy began her career as a registered nurse. She has held state and regional leadership roles with the American Hospital Association's regional policy board and the Ohio Hospital Association. She currently serves on the boards of Ursuline College, the Ohio Hospital Association's Institute for Health Innovation, Holden Forests and Gardens, and the Care Alliance Health Center. She is a former board member of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Moore-Hardy has been recognized by publications such as Crain's Chicago Business and Modern Healthcare and was inducted into the Northeast Ohio Business Hall of Fame. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's in business administration. She is board certified and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Moore-Hardy was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2023.
