Hector Fernandez is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. He will assume the role of CEO of the combined enterprise of International Game Technology (IGT) and Everi Holdings, managed by Apollo Global Management, in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Fernandez most recently served as CEO of Aristocrat Gaming, leading their global land-based gaming content and technology business. Prior to assuming the role of CEO, he served as president of the Americas and EMEA as well as the chief financial officer of the Americas for Aristocrat. Prior to starting his career in the gaming industry, Fernandez held various senior-level positions at Deloitte, Procter & Gamble, Amgen and Western Digital. He is also a board member of the American Gaming Association as well as the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College.
Fernandez is a certified public accountant and holds a master of business administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a bachelor of arts in economics with a minor in accounting and government from Claremont McKenna College.
Fernandez was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2025.
