Mikaela Louie is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She is an attorney at Foster Garvey PC, specializing in health law.

Louie's practice is devoted to assisting hospitals and health care providers on a wide range of matters, including regulatory compliance, health information privacy, data security, fraud and abuse, contracting, licensing, governance, certificates of need and related litigation. Prior to joining Foster Garvey, Louie was a judicial extern for Justice Mary I. Yu of the Washington State Supreme Court. She also worked as a consultant and trainer on issues related to language access and health equity for a variety of health care institutions before law school. Louie received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her juris doctor from the University of Washington.

Louie was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2022.
