Nancy Westcott is treasurer of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She worked for more than 30 years in the medical device and health care services industry.

During her career, Westcott raised millions of dollars in the private and public markets, managed foreign exchange and international treasury affairs, oversaw pension assets and 401(k) administration, and led corporate communications and investor relations. Since retiring as a chief financial officer, she has dedicated her time to volunteering. She is a board member of Women Donors Network. For 10 years, Westcott served as a board member and treasurer of Bay Nature Institute and has had numerous alumna leadership roles in the Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho and a master of business administration from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.

Westcott was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2022 and has served as treasurer since 2025.
