Tracy Hayes is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She retired as vice president, Sales, at Cigna Healthcare after 40 years in the health care industry.

While at Cigna, she was responsible for creating strategy for Cigna's employee benefit division in Florida. In this role, she worked closely with provider relations, underwriting, finance and C-suite executives to grow membership, network and revenue in Florida. Since retiring, Hayes has dedicated her time to volunteering as a member of the Alzheimer's Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter Board and the Wyoming Chapter Board, and as vice chair of the North Platte Valley Medical Center in Saratoga, Wyoming.

Hayes was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2025.
