Bret Hill is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. Hill retired from Google in 2023 as vice president of Global Rewards.

Hill's career in human resources and total rewards began in the field of actuarial consulting, where he honed his skills as both a retirement and health care actuary. His analytical background, combined with his innate ability to understand the intricacies of human resources management, has allowed him to craft innovative and comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Whitman College.

Hill was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2023.
