Irene Sinrich Sudac is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She retired in 2023 as president of Snap-on SecureCorp.
Sudac served as president of the company from 2014 until her retirement. She led Snap-on's two captive insurance companies with full P&L responsibility and double-digit annual revenue growth. She started with Snap-on in 2010 as vice president, Financial Services for Snap-on, Inc. and Snap-on Credit Corporation, where she was responsible for all treasury, corporate and franchise risk management, and global financial services, plus Snap-on Credit Corporation's full P&L. From 2020-2023, Sudac was a Basic Industries Advisory Group Member for Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC. She was recognized as a Crain's 2020 Notable Women in Manufacturing and is a certified director through the National Association of Certified Directors. She is the former chair of the Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago Board and is a trustee of the Goodman Theatre of Chicago. Sudac received a bachelor of arts from Brown University and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School. She also earned a certificate of accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a digital transformation certificate from Stanford University's School of Engineering.
Sudac was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2020.
